The QNUK Level 2 Award for Working as a CCTV Operator within the Private Security Industry (RQF) is designed for individuals who wish to work as CCTV Operators and obtain an SIA CCTV Licence.
This qualification provides learners with the knowledge, skills, and understanding required to operate CCTV systems effectively, monitor and record incidents, comply with legal and operational requirements, and support the safety and security of people, property, and premises.

I hold a Master of Science (MSc) from Leicester University, a Diploma in Teaching, and qualifications in Managing CCTV Control Rooms.
I am also an SIA-licensed Door Supervisor and CCTV Operative with extensive experience training, assessing, and managing security and event staff, I bring real-world industry knowledge to every course.
My practical experience includes managing Door Supervisors and Stewards at major events, most recently at Barnsley Football Club between 2022 and 2025.
I am passionate about delivering engaging, professional, and industry-relevant training that helps learners develop their skills, build confidence, and achieve their goals within the security industry.
I am also an SIA-licensed Door Supervisor and CCTV Operative with extensive experience training, assessing, and managing security and event staff, I bring real-world industry knowledge to every course.
